I bring lots of examples with me for ‘show and tell’.  Maureen’s book For the Love of Literature [Ecce Homo Press] explores this topic in depth and includes an extensive book list for Catholic homeschoolers .

Finding Grace and Joy in Your Homeschool – “Be Not Afraid.” Blessed John Paul II repeated this three times at his instillation. As homeschoolers, we must take these words to heart as we take complete control of our children’s education. There is nothing like homeschooling to bring us to our knees and that is a good thing. We’ll talk about how homeschooling enhances our lives, heart, mind and soul. We will seek the treasure found in homeschooling and hopefully leave inspired as well as with some tangible tools to keep the course. Be Not Afraid!
